Returns & Refund Policy
We want the returns process to be clear and fair. Please read the guidance below before requesting a return, as tiles must be unused, in full unopened boxes, and in resalable condition.
Return window
Unused tiles may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Returns must be in full, unopened boxes, in the original packaging, and in resalable condition.
We cannot accept part boxes or individual tiles.

How returns work
Request a return
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and tell us which items you want to return.
Return the goods
Goods must be returned in full unopened boxes, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return transport and insurance.
Inspection and refund
Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Returns
You may return unused tiles within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.
All returned items must be in full, unopened boxes, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. We cannot accept returns of part boxes or individual tiles.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return transport and insurance of goods.
If you are unable to return the goods yourself, we may be able to arrange a courier collection. The cost of collection will be deducted from the refund.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
You may be asked to provide photographs of the goods and packaging before the items are moved or installed.
Once verified, we will arrange replacement tiles or a refund as quickly as possible.
Checks before installation
It is the responsibility of the customer and installer to check tiles before fixing. This includes checking colour, shade variation, size, gauge, and quantity.
No claims can be accepted once tiles have been installed.
Tiles must be installed in accordance with relevant British Standards and tile fixing guidelines.
Order cancellations
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Once you notify us of cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to our warehouse.
Goods must be returned in full boxes and in resalable condition.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Banks and card providers may take additional time to complete the transaction.
Special orders
Items that have been specially ordered or manufactured for a customer cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

FAQs
Can I return leftover tiles?
Only full unopened boxes in resalable condition can be returned. We cannot accept leftover loose tiles, part boxes, or tiles that have been opened or used.
Who pays for the return?
The customer is responsible for return transport and insurance. If we arrange collection on your behalf, the cost will be deducted from the refund.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs where requested. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Can I claim after the tiles have been fitted?
No. Tiles must be checked before installation for colour, shade, size, gauge, and suitability. Claims cannot be accepted once the tiles have been installed.
