At MBS Interiors, we offer both delivery and in-store collection options. We recommend ordering your tiles in advance to ensure they arrive on time for your project.

Collection from Store

• In-store collection is free on all orders, regardless of value.
• You can choose between delivery or store collection when placing your order.
• Our store is located at 122 Broad Street, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, ST1 4EQ.
• Once your order is ready, you will receive a call from the store for collection.

Tile Deliveries

• All tile products are delivered through a pallet service via a third-party courier.
• Delivery costs are based on the order’s weight.
• Orders go through a strict quality check before dispatch.
• The courier will contact you to book a delivery day and provide a confirmation.
• A 2-hour time slot will be provided the day before delivery, with a call an hour before arrival.
• Deliveries are made to the kerbside only. Drivers are not insured to enter your property, open pallets, or handle tiles.

Access Issues

• Please inform us in advance of any access restrictions such as narrow lanes or road closures.
• Additional charges may apply for smaller vehicles or re-delivery.

Late Deliveries

• Occasionally, delays may occur due to traffic or weather conditions.
• We will notify you as soon as possible in case of a delay.
• MBS Interiors is not liable for any costs arising from delayed deliveries.
• We recommend scheduling tradespersons only after receiving your order.

Failed Deliveries

• Failed deliveries will be charged at full rate.
• Re-delivery charges will apply in line with the haulage company’s terms and conditions (available upon request).

Cancelling or Changing Your Order

• Cancellation and change requests must be made via email within 2 hours of placing the order.
• Changes requested after this period may incur re-delivery charges.
